What Do I Do Now?

I went to the farmer’s market. I bought cabbage, kale and “red grilling onions.”

I know how to cook cabbage and have a recipe for kale. But what are red grilling onions and how do I cook them? They are 2.5″/6.3cm in diameter.

    wrap them in foil, roast them in the oven until soft, take out of foil, slice and dress with a little olive oil and balsalmic vineagar and salt and pepper to taste. Yummy!

    You can also just use them like regular onions. (but the roasting sound yummy!)
