And Happy New Year to you! We've done the Hoppin' John meal before, but I really can't say it's my favorite dish. However, I might try putting the dried beans in my purse! Never. She even went so far as to buy several pair of fun, striped tights, take them apart and restitch them so that the legs didn't match. So be brave. Let your inner toddler toddle about in unmatched socks. Near as I can tell it'll make you happy, doesn't hurt a soul (sole?) and anybody who's *really* bothered about it is probably someone who's not worth bothering with. My tuppence.
