I have been eyeing Fiestaware for a long time now, and this winter has been so bleak. Your post was a nudge for me too. This evening, I got rid of the old black and white stuff, and I now have a cupboard full of yellow and orange and red and green, and your personal favorite....peacock blue! Next time it rains or snows, I think I'll just pull up a chair and sit in front of the open cupboard.

I have had my eye on some of that colorful cookware at TJ Maxx and Marshalls lately myself. I am cooking with the same Farberware that I got at my wedding shower almost 30 years ago! I think you have given me the last nudge I need to get at least one pan in a fun color (the greens are my favorites too, but there was an orange one that made me smile recently) I also am very close to buying new dishes, and have pretty much decided on bright colors such as Fiesta Ware. I need more colorful joy in my life! And what better place than at the dinner table? (and breakfast, and lunch, and dessert and snacks ...tee hee....)
