Priscilla sent me photos of her yard on March 14. She even had flowers blooming! We may get snow Monday, but I’m celebrating the promise of spring by showing you her flowers. (Of course, I did get her permission.)

I love bulbs. When I take the time to plant them, I make sure I purchase the ones that come up in early April or even March. If I have to dig in dirt (not my cup o’tea), I want flowers every year for a while, and I want them as early as possible.

I once planted grape hyacinths in our yard.  They are starting to peek out, but Priscilla’s plants are really ahead of mine.
